There are three (3) ways of going to or from Sagada:
1. Manila - Baguio - Sagada Route (14 hours)
This is recommended if you don't sleep during long trips and if you want an easier route since you only have to change buses twice. You can depart from Manila via Victory liner Bus, contact number +6327274534 - Cubao Station. Victory liner bus departs from
Manila every hour. If you leave Manila at 12 midnight, you'll be in Baguio by 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM. Once you arrived at Baguio, immediately proceed to Dangwa Terminal (via Taxi) at the back of Plaza Fair and take the Lizardo Bus's first trip to Sagada at around 6:30AM. You can also eat or drink some coffee before boarding the bus since the Lizardo Bus Terminal is surrounded by many restaurants. In case you missed the first trip, do not worry because Baguio-Sagada buses trip is until 11:00 AM. If the Lizardo bus leaves Baguio at 6:30 AM, you'll be in Sagada by 12:30 PM, or after 6 hours.
Note: The last two hours of the trip are rough roads but after that, that's when you begin to smell the mystical atmosphere and refreshing aroma of Sagada. By the way, your trip going to Sagada is along the Halsema Highway - the highest highway in the Philippines and it offers great views of the Cordillera Mountains. For Victory Liner Schedule, go here.

This is the newest and said to be the best way going to sagada, Where an 8:30 PM trip from Manila to Bontoc and from Bontoc you just need to ride a jeepney to Sagada.

3. Manila - Banaue - Bontoc - sagada Route
This route is recommended if you want to see an spectacular view while on the road. There are two type of bus that can take you to Banaue:

This bus is highly recommended, especially their deluxe bus plus you will arrived exactly to the Banaue town proper where the jeepney going to Bontoc is located.

3.B. Auto Bus
This bus is located near the Perpetual Help Hospital in Sampaloc. They serves one trip per day though they add two more bus trips during peak seasons. After arriving to Banaue you have to take Tricycle going to the town proper to ride the Banaue to Bontoc Jeepney.

From Banaue, catch another bus or a jeepney going to Bontoc. Banaue to Bontoc is roughly 2 hours. You can have your breakfast, while waiting for the jeepney, in one of the Inn and Restaurant there in Banaue. Then from Bontoc catch another jeepney that will bring you to Sagada which takes like 1 - 2 hours, in Bontoc you can also have your lunch before riding the Jeepney, since the jeepney/bus will not leave until it is full of passenger already.
In this route, it is recommended to stay a night or two at Banaue and explore some interesting spots there. And don't miss the face Battad Rice Terraces.
